Terms of Service

Please be sure to read through and have an understanding of what you are agreeing to when commissioning me.
Violation of any of these terms gives me the right to refuse a commission and/or doing business with you again.

Payments

・ All transactions are to be made by PayPal Invoice(in USD) or Swish.
・Payment is to be sent within 24 hours in full unless discussed otherwise.
・ Payment plans can be negotiated for pieces that exceed $120. I will send a sketch for approval and then continue to work on the piece once I've received the full payment.
・Make sure you want to and have the funds to commission me before committing!

Refunds

If a refund is given, any prior work on the commission might be repurposed but the original client may still use the progress they where given.・I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, at which the client will be fully refunded.
・If a client request a refund within 24 hours from the initial purchase the client will be paid back in full.
・Payment plan holders are not eligble for a refund, unless a valid reason is given.
・I will refund the client 75% of the intial price if they want to cancel after the first sketch, 60% after the second sketch and 50% once I've begun working on the lineart. Once lining is finished, refunds become unavailable.

Workflow

・I really dislike deadlines, but do accept them in exchange for a rush fee. (The fee varies depending on the piece and how tight the deadline is)
・Moreover, if you had a set deadline in mind but did not discuss this with me beforehand you will not receive a refund if I don't finish the piece before the date you had set.
・I reserve the right to take the time needed for your commission, which can be anywhere from a few days up to a few months. I work fulltime, have pets and my mental health isn't the best. I always keep in touch with my clients about this though, and send progress pictures when they are available.
・I do not charge extra for complex designs, but may do so if there are intricate details in the lineart. Also please note that complex designs/linework do take longer for me to finish as I usually take breaks from time to time to not burn myself out. During those breaks I work on other owed work or personal projects.
・The client is allowed up to 3 rough sketches* for one commission, as well as changes like pose and such. The remaining two sketches that weren't picked may be repurposed by me for other projects.
・When I've started the refined sketch, only small edits are allowed. Once I've finished the lineart changes to pose, additional items and such may be done for an additional fee.
・If I need to do alternations to the piece due to my own error(like markings on a character for example), I will do so for free.

* Does not apply to doodles.

Custom Designs

・Custom designs made by me are not allowed to be sold for more than originally paid for, unless more art or other items are added.*
・The owner is allowed to change aspects of the design, but not allowed to alter the reference sheet(s) and drawings I have provided without my permission.
・Please do not remove them from toyhouse, this is so I can keep track of where they go!

* Does not include free bases.

Art Trades

・ Art trades are usually only made with mutuals or friends, but I do accept them occasionally.
・We will both need to send updates to one another during the different stages(sketch, lineart, color) of the art process. This is because when I've done "surprise trades" some people haven't delivered.
・Art trades have a soft deadline of three months, which can be extended if needed. This is just a safety net for me.
・If the other party decides to ghost me they will be blacklisted.

Rights and Commercial Use

・I reserve ALL the rights to my work and remain the copyright holder of all art I create. It may not be used for NFT's or commercial use.
・Any art that has been produced by me is not permitted to be altered or edited by anyone else without my permission, since the customer only receives a print release. If you need alterations to a piece I can do it for you!
